The Billboard Music Awards are this Sunday May 20 on ABC at 8 pm EST and OtherScreen will be there asking prediction and trivia questions about all the artists and nominees. Well, actually, we will be asking questions about the “finalists” as this is what the Billboard Music Awards call their nominees.

If you have OtherScreened an Awards Show before, then you know how to play. If not, here’s the deal:

  • We will ask you prediction questions about who will win the awards, how long their speeches will be, if anyone gets bleeped out while singing or speaking, and how many times the hosts make fun of Justin Bieber’s new haircut.
  • We will also ask you trivia questions about which performers are older, the meaning behind some of their most famous songs, and whether or not they have ever been arrested for a DUI.
  • You answer correctly, you get points. The more points you answer, the more “tickets” you get for our end-of-the-game raffle. The winner of the raffle wins a $25 Amazon Gift Card.

Now that you know how to play, here is a list of the Performers and the “Finalists” so you can study up on what type of profession both of Katy Perry’s parents have (hint: they are both evangelical pastors).

Performers/Presenters:

  • Carrie Underwood
  • Cee Lo Green
  • Chris Brown
  • Justin Bieber
  • Katy Perry
  • Kelly Clarkson
  • Linkin Park
  • LMFAO
  • Nelly Furtado
  • Stevie Wonder
  • The Wanted
  • Usher
  • Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen from Modern Family are the hosts
